The main challenge when promoting mass services is keeping the cost per acquisition (CPA) at an acceptable level as traffic volumes scale. We launched a massive Facebook advertising campaign aimed at attracting users to postal delivery services. Constant bid control, creative rotation, and audience testing allowed us to prevent database burnout and maintain a stable request price. Campaign results: • Total leads generated: 2,156. • Average cost per lead: 12.76 NIS. • Total ad spend amounted to 27,502.34 NIS.
