We prepared clear offers for various vacancies and set up targeted ads with a call to direct dialogue. This approach ensured high engagement: psychologically, it was easier for people to write a message than to fill out complex forms on a website. Campaign results: • Conversations started with applicants: 517. • Average cost to start a conversation: 16.86 NIS. • Total ad spend: 8,714.96 NIS.
